Service Description

Coffee Craft 2 builds on Coffee Craft 1: Espresso & Milk Fundamentals, connecting core espresso brewing and milk steaming skills with workflow and economy of motion techniques to increase quality, consistency, and speed of service, while integrating latte art into the workflow. Emphasizing hands-on, experiential learning, students will practice full-cycle brewing in a simulated bar. Students will also learn bar organization and cleanliness best practices in line with California health code. Course Outcomes: Students understand how to reliably and repeatedly build espresso and milk drinks to specialty standards Students understand economy of motion and workflow principles Students understand how to maintain an espresso recipe under bar flow conditions Students understand bar organization and cleanliness best practices Students understand integration of latte art in regular workflow Who It’s For: This course is intended for aspiring & current baristas seeking to enhance their capabilities, especially for baristas seeking shift leadership positions. Cancellation Policy

Please note the following points regarding bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations: Bookings: To ensure preparedness and optimal experiences for our students, we close bookings 2 days prior to each scheduled class. This allows us to finalize necessary arrangements to ensure the quality of our courses. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected commitments may emerge, requiring students to reschedule their course with us. While we do our best to accommodate all rescheduling requests, we ask that rescheduling requests are made at least 3 business days in advance to ensure proper accommodation based on current availability. Cancellations: We understand that course cancellations are sometimes a necessity for our students. We ask that cancellations be made at least 5 business days in advance in order to receive a full refund. Please be aware that cancellations after the deadline may not be eligible for refunding and/or rescheduling. No-show: Due to the extensive preparations we take to ensure course quality, no-shows are ineligible for refunding and/or rescheduling.
