Latte art is a skill that develops over time through repetition, observation, and an understanding of core techniques. This course introduces students to the fundamental building blocks of latte art, focusing on milk preparation, espresso structure, pouring mechanics, and intentional practice. This course is ideal for beginner to early intermediate baristas seeking to build confidence and establish strong habits that support long term skill development Learning Outcomes: Students will be able to: 1. Identify properly textured milk suitable for latte art 2. Demonstrate correct pitcher positioning and cup handling 3. Execute the fundamental stages of a pour (integration, placement, finish) 4. Practice basic latte art motions with intention, even when results vary

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing the San Diego Coffee Training Institute. We hope to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Please note the following points regarding bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations: Bookings: To ensure preparedness and optimal experiences for our students, we close bookings 2 days prior to each scheduled class. This allows us to finalize necessary arrangements to ensure the quality of our courses. Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected commitments may emerge, requiring students to reschedule their course with us. While we do our best to accommodate all rescheduling requests, we ask that rescheduling requests are made at least 3 business days in advance to ensure proper accommodation based on current availability. Cancellations: We understand that course cancellations are sometimes a necessity for our students. We ask that cancellations be made at least 5 business days in advance in order to receive a full refund. Please be aware that cancellations after the deadline may not be eligible for refunding and/or rescheduling. No-show: Due to the extensive preparations we take to ensure course quality, no-shows are ineligible for refunding and/or rescheduling.
