A cupping is the official method used by coffee professionals and aficionados alike to learn about the aroma and tasting notes of a particular coffee. It's the method used by coffee professionals knowns as Q-Graders like our very own Savannah Phillips to grade coffee and decipher if there are any defects. It's also how coffee roasters decide if they will purchase a particular coffee from a supplier or direct from a farmer as well as decide/adjust how it should be roasted.

 

All cuppings begin at 10:00 a.m. and take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
